Sabrina & Faouzi
If you are curious to see how oriental weddings are this wedding is a perfect example. Sabrina and Faouzi are the most gorgeous couple you could ever meet both inside and out. We were so excited to experience their wedding day!
It was the 23rd of March, the day started in the morning at Sabrina’s parent’s house in the quaint suburb of Drancy, near Paris.
Everyone was preparing for the big day when we started to take pictures of all the beautiful details. The gorgeous Pronovias white gown, Repetto shoes, rings and lovely bouquet created by “Bloom of Pastel” were among the items we had photographed.
Faouzi chose to be with his father without any cameras as he spent the remaining time as a bachelor with him. We found this notion deeply adorable.
When everyone finished preparing Faouzi arrived for his bride-to-be and swept her off for the wedding.
The city hall of the discreet 18th arrondissement of Paris was full of happy events. Sabrina and Faouzi said yes to each other while being surrounded by loved ones. We walked to Montmartre area very fast to do some cute city shots and Then we hit the road to the enchanting reception venue “Chateau de la Trye,” a tremendous estate with a cute little chateau which was also the owner’s house. They built up a part in their garden just for the wedding events. How wonderful it must be to live in a chateau and run your business right out of your own garden!
There was plenty of time to have a long couple photoshoot around the venue before the guests showed up. We were sure to take advantage of every corner of the residence for capturing some stunning photos.
Our couple freshened up in their suite before joining their guests for the charming outdoor festivities, followed by an entrance to the alluring dining hall. Sabrina and Faouzi blew us away with their energetic entrance! WOW do they know how to dance.
The dancing commenced and continued before dinner was even served and continued with fantastic musical scores spun by DJ “Gamessono-Farid” between each course.
Sabrina had three wardrobe changes in addition to her wedding gown: A red traditional outfit by “Dzirya Wedding-Khaoutar Lammari,” a berber outfit and a Moroccan outfit made by a personal designer near Paris.
This was the first time we experienced a henna ceremony and I can say it was the most emotional part of the day as Sabrina’s mom performed the rituals. She was giving away her daughter! She marked the palm of Faouzi and Sabrina, then joined them together with a tied knot.
The caterer “Les Enfants Terrible,” made everyone happy with their delicious dishes, including us!
The party was still going on when we left and surely was not ready to end for some hours more.
It was a magnificent day full of affection, colours and joy.
Dear Sabrina and Faouzi, we are so grateful to cross paths with you and to be by your side on such an important and special day in your life.
We wish you both a long happy marriage.
